Glass Flower Set - Tweedia

Tweedia comes from the surname of James Tweedie, the head gardener at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Edinburgh during the mid nineteenth century. He emigrated to South America and travelled around the continent, sending plants he came across back to Scotland. Delicately hand crafted with the most intricate of details, the set comprises of four beautiful glass flowers and two matching leaf stems in a clear glass vase. A beautiful home accessory. Approximate height, vase 9cm, overall 16.5cm.
