Pure Komachi Santoku Knife

A fashionable range, the Santoku knife is for preparing fruit and vegetables. Manufactured from stainless steel with a coloured coating that is similar to Teflon, and a double edged cutting blade, foodstuffs are less likely to cling to the knife blade.
